As a Baby Boomer in my early 60s who has lived a very active—and sometimes punishing—life, I’ve put my back through *a lot*. In my younger years I was a hardcore weightlifter (my proudest feat: leg-pressing 700 lbs), a 10k runner, and even a ballroom dancer. Add in losing over 100 lbs—from 340 down to 235—and you can imagine the wear and tear I’ve accumulated. On top of that, I suffered permanent lumbar damage from an assault almost three years ago and now walk with a cane. Combine all of this with the fact that I run an online business and often sit at my desk for 12+ hours a day, and you get the picture: my back needed help, and badly. Enter the **MINOLL Back Stretcher**. I honestly didn’t expect much at this price point, but wow—this thing has made an amazing difference. I use it twice a day for about five minutes per session, and the relief has been nothing short of remarkable. Not only has it reduced my day-to-day back pain, but it’s become a built-in reminder to step away from my desk, decompress, and reset both my body *and* my attitude. The construction is sturdy, the setup took just a minute, and it feels solid even with my size and history of back issues. The stretch is gentle but effective, and I could feel tension easing within the first few uses. If you’re trying to get healthier without breaking the bank—especially if you’ve got years of back stress behind you like I do—this is absolutely worth it. It’s now a permanent part of my daily routine. Highly recommended from someone who’s tried just about everything. Read more
I really like this product. I suffer with anterolithesis in my L3 through 5 lumbar spine. When I lay face down atop this product it gently pushes that spinal area outward, momentarily taking it out of the abnormal lithesis. Using this item, affords more blood flow into that area and opens up those discs. My physical therapist approved me using this product. It can be a bit stiff and hard to lay on so I use a small, thin pad to lay on over the product. Read more
I bought this back stretcher to ease pain in my lower back, to make it easier to stretch my spine and increase flexibility in my spine, try to help with my horrible posture , and try to help with my spinal alignment. I like that it has 3 levels. So far I am only using it on the 1st level. As soon as I lay on it, I can feel my spine stretching. It was a little uncomfortable at first, but now it feels good on my back. I have a little bit of a hard time when I lay on the floor with it, as my dog wants to join me and lay on me. But I definitely do feel better after I've stretched my back on it. I'm a CNA whose on their feet all day, doing some lifting, and I feel like it makes a difference with my back. I'm going to try to use it more often. It's definitely sturdy. I feel as if it's well made. So far I'm happy with my purchase. Read more
Fairly easy set up just takes a little elbow grease play around with it to adjust to your body and needs and that’s that feels like back is being stretched without any extra pain, definitely a great price. This has a very sturdy build I let a bigger family member try it and it didn’t budge. Overall the design is great and has helped improve my posture Read more
The MINOLL Back Stretcher is a good product overall — it definitely helps relieve lower back tension and gives a nice stretch after sitting for long hours. It’s easy to assemble and use, and I do feel relief when using it regularly. However, the center cushion is a bit flimsy and tends to move out of place during use. I have to adjust or fix it almost every time, which can be a little annoying. If the cushion were sturdier or attached more firmly, this would be an excellent product. Pros: • Provides good stretch and back relief • Easy to use and adjust • Helps reduce stiffness from sitting Cons: • Center cushion is loose and moves around • Needs frequent adjustment during use Read more

Okay, so I bought this because my lower back has been complaining for months (thank you, desk job + mom life). I didn’t expect miracles, but honestly this little thing does help loosen up my back after sitting all day. When I first laid on it I thought, “Oh no, this is how it ends,” because it feels pretty intense the first few times. But once you get used to it, it’s actually really relaxing. I try to use it for 5–10 minutes a day, usually before bed and I do feel less stiff in the mornings. The pressure points are no joke, they really dig in but that’s kind of the point. My only small complaint is that it’s not the most comfortable thing in the world (definitely use it on a rug or yoga mat) and I wish the arch settings clicked in place a little easier. But for the price and the relief I’ve gotten it’s absolutely worth it. Would I recommend it? Yep, but be ready to make weird faces for the first few uses until your back adjusts Read more
