As an old dude just south of seventy, the wife recently pointed out my little bald spot (which I never noticed, it's on the top of my head). According to the instructions I'm a good candidate based on the size of my bald spot/vertex as they call it. They recommend twice daily, I'm getting at least once daily every day and twice about half the time. Slow and steady wins the race, that's my motto.
