Love this 3 pack of sport bras. I wear a bra all day even when I am not going out and prefer soft leisure or sport type bras for sleeping and hanging around the house. These not only look nice but feel super good against my skin. I normally wear a 36B, 34C or 32/34D depending on brand in regular bras so I chose the medium here. It feels comfortable for me for everyday wear. As another reviewer said, you will still bounce with high impact but I feel that I could go down to a small and it would hold tighter to reduce shaking if needed. That's what I typically find with other sports bras. But, for everyday wear and stretching, Pilates, yoga and general working out, I find these offer acceptable movement restriction and support. I have not noticed any difference in temperature control, they seem on par with other bras. The material is good quality, stretchy and smooth but the exterior does seem prone to snags if you have a hangnail or rough skin. The stitching is exceptional and I found no issues around seams. The included pads are completely removable if you so choose which is great but since they are not adhered, they will shift during washing. The design is pretty and I like the back keyhole for a little flirt/fun. I found these easy to put on but if you order too small, I can see that might add difficulty as it wouldn't stretch as much. The bra sits as it should across my shoulders, back, under bust and under arms. I did not experience any rubbing or resulting rashes/burn from the material. The wide bottom band is comfortable and comes down a little further than some bras on me. If you have excess skin at these points, this will likely make it bulge but I believe that is common with any sports bra where you have a tighter fit. Personally, the band did not roll up on me though it did slide slightly at times. Nothing unexpected or worth deducting points for, though. Overall, I find these very soft against my skin and comfortable enough to sleep in, keeping everything in place as it should be. I have used them for a week so far and have washed them once by placing inside a mesh laundry bag and selecting the delicate setting then line dry. They have not faded or pilled at this point. I expect them to hold up wonderfully over the long term given the quality feel and look.
