The material is flexible and soft, but they're still supportive. I'd call the support medium, but I went up a size from what was recommended because I can't stand if a bra is too tight. I still bounce when running/jumping, but it doesn't hurt. The band doesn't shift, but it can roll up a little when bending. Likewise, the shoulder straps can bunch up if I raise my arms. However, the bras are still comfortable. Typically I use a snug tank top instead of an actual bra; I'm not small-chested, but I really don't like wearing most bras. These are great for when I need more support and I can wear them almost all day without getting irritated (which is high praise, from me). I removed the pads because I don't like fiddling with them during washes, but they are the nicer large-cup type. The fabric doesn't seem to be particularly breathable. It's just average. I was really impressed with the quality of these sports bras. They are thick and offer complete support. They keep everything nice and snug, not really any bounce going on while exercising or working out. I feel very secure, no feeling of ‘popping out’ anywhere. Even though the material is strong and feels durable, the overall feel of the material is soft and comfortable. I have some sports bras that are just comfortable to wear all the time but don’t have a lot of support. This set is more on the functional side for me. I don’t really want to lounge around in these. Because these keep everything secure and snug, you do get the kind of ‘uniboob’ effect with it. There is no definition at all. There are pads in it, which can be adjusted and give you some definition, but for the most part, these are not for show. I do like that there are 7 of these in one pack. I think for the quality of the material, the approx. $41 cost at the time I got them is well worth it. Read more

They said there's plenty of support, the fit is perfect, they're apparently the perfect bras and it's not even close lol.
