It seemed to be a great item. It arrived late, when we opened it for a Christmas gift, one of the sides panels was already cracked. (See picture). After contacting customer services, and after chatting with 3 different agents a return pick up has been scheduled since item is pretty heavy. Item has been sitting in my front door for 2 days now. Totally disappointed about all this transaction. Item seems pretty good, nice display, I believe the item was cracked before shipping since packaging and shipping box/materiaks, were really good.
