The media could not be loaded. This mirror cabinet has so much storage space, it freed up all of my makeup boxes, holders, and jewelry organizers into one spot. Now I don’t need to search everywhere for things, which saves me so much time. The quality is seriously impressive; I installed it myself and could feel how sturdy and heavy it is. The lighting is very thoughtful too. It works on both the inside and outside mirror, and the color modes are perfect for selfies or OOTDs right in my closet. It seemed to be a great item. It arrived late, when we opened it for a Christmas gift, one of the sides panels was already cracked. (See picture). After contacting customer services, and after chatting with 3 different agents a return pick up has been scheduled since item is pretty heavy. Item has been sitting in my front door for 2 days now. Totally disappointed about all this transaction. Item seems pretty good, nice display, I believe the item was cracked before shipping since packaging and shipping box/materiaks, were really good.
