2nd one I purchased for my mom. She always gets so many compliments when she wears the 1st one I got her, and she feels very comfortable wearing it, and also elegant. Fits beautifully and true to size. Fabric is not cheap at all, has some stretch to it and material is not heavy. This one did not disappoint, and once again she is happy with her work dress. This is my husband’s favorite dress! I get compliments from strangers as well, every time I wear it. It has a little stretch to it. If you want to wear shape-wear with it you will need one that is fairly short due to the slit that is not too high up but may show a slip/shorts. The dress hugs your curves so if you want to hide them, this may not be for you. The navy with red is a gorgeous combo. I also have it in turquoise in a smaller size. The dress is comfortable. I was weary about ordering a medium (what I would initially try in a store), since I'm right on the line (145 lbs, 5' 2" with a C cup). However, medium fit PERFECTLY. I got so many compliments on my dress that my own mother is asking me to wear it as my Christmas dress this year. I'm an adult, and would typically protest such things as a "Christmas Dress" for pictures' sake, but this is so comfortable and awesome to wear, I have no reason to complain. I LOVE this dress. I added a petticoat for a 50's Halloween look, but used the same dress for a formal occasion without the petticoat and got just as many compliments. I can't say enough good about this dress.
