The Mixi Travel Bag was my choice for a 10 day cruise followed by 6 days in two different hotels in Europe. It did not disappoint. The Mixi Travel Bag folds down to 4 inches and easily fit under the bed while aboard ship. It handled all of my clothing and accessories and expanded for my return trip even though I had done quite a bit of shopping. This bag easily converts to carry on size and is lightweight. I needed a second, budget suitcase last minute for a flight, I have to say I was pleasantly surprised with this. It survived the trip pretty overly packed. It's been a great value bag that gives me multiple options, from long vacations, to short trips such as cosplay events or conventions. It's extremely lightweight and can expand into a huge bag if needed. Zips and buckles definitely feel on the cheap side but they survived being checked onto a 3 leg transatlantic flight without issue. If you pack it correctly with the heaviest items at the bottom it will be fairly easy to push around, especially when coupled with a roller suitcase. Though if, like I experienced, TSA decides to search through the bottom of it and make it top-heavy, well... I had a lot of trouble pushing 3 suitcases around by myself with this one refusing to stand upright. Read more

I ordered this bag to carry my marimba keys and other drum equipment. It is roomy and rolls well. I deducted one star, because when it is expanded, the top part doesn't stand up straight unless it is completely full. Definitely worth the money. Read more
