Very satisfied with my purchase just with the basic unit - add to that they supply an adapter clamp to enable it to be desk-mounted cell phone holder - and you have an excellent buy. There is much flexibility in ultimately placing your tablet (or device) in a convenient position and orientation for you. The tablet is securely held, even with one wearing a protective cover. It is unrealistic to expect a tablet when suspended to not move when tapped on, but the movement on this stand is tolerable and definitely not a deal-breaker. The stand's arm suspending the tablet holds firm and does not sag when its joint wing nut is tightened enough. Its weighted base does the job well. All around, quite easy to recommend this product. I wanted to be lazy when reading my ebook sometimes. I wanted something mobile that I could use anywhere, that had sturdy support and not something that could possibly sag over time and use. The downside(s): this thing is heavy. I hate moving it. It's clunky and awkward and takes up more space than I'd like. Once in the holder, there is limited space to attach whatever page flipper device. I use a Lenovo tablet, and situate the holder clamp under the power switch and really only have the bottom to clip my page turner onto, which works fine for me, but if you want options, it may be something to think about. However, it is exactly what I wanted. It's sturdy. I've got it set up to where I don't really move it from my bedside and the bottom support is mainly tucked under the little bottom gap of my nightstand. I'm able to swing the mobile top over to me without much effort. The book holder is tight and does a great job. I've never tried using it without the floor support yet, so I can't say how that works, though itd definitely be lighter. I just dont have a good place to attach it this way. It was super easy to assemble. So in short, it's not really mobile for me because while I can move it, I choose not to put the effort forth because of the weight with the floor support. But otherwise, it does the job well and let's me read totally snuggled without my book falling on my face. I recommend if you're going to leave it put and use it as a floor stand in one space or if you have any semblance of upper body strength and want to move it. Read more
