When I had Covid the last time, I had this awful stiff neck that I could not get rid of for weeks and weeks. When I decided to buy this, I was a little bit skeptical. But this purchase was absolutely amazing. It gets into all the spots that you need, as you’re laying down, you can turn your body to adjust where you need it to get. This has broken down all of the knots that I’ve had in my neck and at the base of my skull. The heat feels amazing, and I love that it turns off after a certain amount of time. Do you know that feeling when you sleep the wrong way and your neck is tight? Or you’ve been slouching all day because your work from home setup is the worst? When I am working on something, I tend to tense up my shoulder muscles. So at the end of the day, my shoulder and neck muscles feel very stiff and tired. This massager is so much stronger than I expected and works great at relieving any tension in my shoulder and neck muscles. It also has a heater option but it does not get hot enough for me to feel a huge difference so I just turn it off. The kneading nodes will turn RED if you have the heating option on. I like that it can be easily used for my legs and calves as well. You just need to flip it over and rest your legs on it and it turns into a leg massager! Also, I'm in love and hate relationship with the 15 minute timer. I usually need at least 2-3 of the 15 minute sessions to relieve my back (30-45 minutes) but it keeps shutting off every 15 minutes, which can be a little annoying. But I know it's for my own safety to prevent overheating. I also wish that this was chargeable. The power cable is long enough to move around a few steps. However, it is not long enough to move around freely within the room. It is a great product works great only problem is with this company or another the material wears thin and tears over the bulbs wide open then can't use afraid torn material will get caught . All the ways I've tried to contact the company directly has failed all dead ends!! Of coarse it happens after there time period to reach them. I am a faithful user the last company was the same dead end couldn't reach them still works great mechanically so it's a common problem. They need to use a heavier material. Read more
All the positive reviews already said it all!!! The car charger is brilliant!!! Best part is I can do it all myself!! I also got a massage gun, but this is better!!! Ive only had it less than 24 hours, but my kids tried to take it 5 minutes after I got it! Hubby loves it too!!! No more waiting for a massage at the chiropractor!!! I used it on neck and shoulders but works pretty good down the back too. It’s genius that you control the pressure with your own arms!! I loved this massager so much for the time that I have had it. I bough it in April of 2020. I have used it on my neck, shoulders, and back. Suddenly in December, the massager slowed down and now has trouble rotating the nodules on one side without constantly getting stuck. The motors sound like they are working extra hard, and yet aren't able to do the job anymore. Also, the nodes seem to be getting caught on the cloth encasement and twisting it as it rotates, which makes it get stuck too. I unzipped the cloth to investigate the cause and it seemed maybe the plastic nodes had gunked up (not sure with what? Maybe residual lotion from my neck or something?), so I cleaned them to polish them back to new. I thought this was helping it function better, but nope... the problem has persisted. The product is now practically useless because it just can't seem to do the job it once did. Such a bummer because I really did love this thing.
