Works Great! For the price it's a great massager. I use it almost daily on my whole back and it really works to loosen tight muscles. Wish it had straps to move it up and down my back. Seated in my rocking chair i have to readjust it with both hands behind my back to raise or lower it. This might not be an issue for you if you only want it for one spot. The machine has a switch that allows you to reverse the rotation of the massage nodules. If you like a very firm massage, you will love this. The two things I do not like about this massager is the power cord is flimsy and easily pulls out of the wall, and the fact that you can't change the speed is a real bummer because it's too fast. I do still like it, though. It's good for my lower back where my weight allows a little resistance and it slows down.
