Saw these on Instagram and gave them a try since they're so cheap. I have no idea why they work, but they really do work to reduce my snoring. It doesn't cure it, but it certainly does reduce it. My man snores like a bear! I got these for him in his stocking for Christmas, he actually was excited to see if it worked. It really works!! Like he doesn’t snore AT ALL when it’s clipped in his nose! The only downside is it does end up falling out some nights.. but for the majority of the night I get peaceful sleep lol must try!!
