Customers report that the nasal dilators help with breathing, though some find them ineffective.

The media could not be loaded. Aloha, Everyone. This is Charlie and I'm reviewing these nasal dilators for snoring which I do at night as I have very severe sleep apnea. I do use a CPAP breathing machine along with these for getting a better quality of sleep at night. The quality of these 4 dialators is not good quality. The problem I have is they're not made all that well in the end finishing process. When I use these, and I have used other nasal dialators before, they all have rough edges from the mold that they were made from. They're like little rough lines that haven't been sanded off properly or however they remove the lines. So this has been making my nostrils very sore and painful from all the rubbing at night while I'm sleeping. I wake up in the morning with a very, very sore nose. Now, I know this is the case because I had to look at them under a magnifying glass to see what the problem was. The other brands I have used do not do this as they're finished properly without any rough edges. The other brand does not have any edges of any sort that rub against my inside nostrils. This company sends you a four pack two small nasal dilators that I cannot use at all so they're worthless. Too large nasal dialators which I use, but again they are rough, they both have those unfinished lines running through them from the molding process. Now, I would like to address why this seller didn't just offer me the customer the choice of small or large sizes. I mean they're going to send you four dialators anyway you might as well get the four you need in the correct size. Not two extra wrong sized ones that are completely useless, this is very aggravating. I will no longer be buying from the seller as I cannot see it getting any better and we'll go back to getting my nasal dilators from the previous source. For the money I don't see it worth the money, No. For functionality. No, because I cannot use them as they irritate my nose every night. This morning, I woke up and there was a little blood in my nostril from all the dialator rubbing. Again this did not happen with the other brand, the exact same shape of the dilator, the same size and everything it was just finished better. It didn't have any lines going through it it didn't have any rough edges or anything that would irritate my nose all night. In dthe pictures I'll put my finger where the rubbing is and hopefully you can see the line or the rough edge. Okay, that is my review on this. I hope it helps. Mahalo. Sincerely, Charlie Read more
It's a nice idea, and it's helpful to have a case. I bought these hoping to move onto a less wasteful snore-reducing product compared to nose strips. Plus nose strips would leave a sticky residue. It takes a while to get the right fit with these. I switch between the 2 sizes - not quite sure which one is best suited yet. I have a septum piercing which help to make the various eye-watering adjustments while inserting and positioning it a bit more bearable, and it doesn't get caught on it. However, it still never quite seems to stay where I want it for a full night. If I'm talking or doing any sort of facial expression, it will move and possibly begin to fall out and maybe even pinch a little - hence the eye watering. I will still use it, but may switch between this and using nose strips -but just buying less nose strips of perhaps between packs when I'm running low. Read more
They do work if you can get the hang of having something in your nose. I will stick with nasal strips on the outside for now Read more
May work for some people, but was not what I was looking for. The seller is amazing and reached out right away. Read more

I'm amazed! I've been using a sleep tracking app because I'm always tired & wake up several times each night. I discovered I was snoring about 1/2 the night. I wasn't sure these Nasal dilators would work. But on the 1st night of using one, I went from nearly 3hrs of snoring to just 9min of snoring & from walking up nearly every hour to only waking up twice. For me, these are a game changer. Read more
The media could not be loaded. This has got to be the most useless attempt at a nose expander to solve this problem I have ever seen. The rubber/silicone is thin and wobbly and it sort of just "limps there". When trying to put it in the nose, it just sort of squishes and its not strong enough even to indent the skin, and certainly not strong enough to open the airway. I would stay away from this one and find one that has a lot more oomph. Read more
