I would say that this absolutely helped remove the nail from my own nails. 100% worked perfectly. And that’s where the cons for this product come in. I don’t think that this is a good product for someone who doesn’t have a steady hands or someone a little bit younger that might be clumsy. The reason for that is if you have nails that have charms on it or really cheap nails that glue the image to the nails when you use this product, it will actually take them off. I have ruined a set because I’d really cheap press on nails and it took the image off that was put on with glue. I also have a hard time getting the glue off my fingernails as well.. I tried using the nail glue and like putting it directly to the nails to get it to remove the glue and that hasn’t work I’ll put a picture down below and then I also tried to put it in a small bowl so that I could have them kind of soaked in it and that also like dried up like wax. I still would recommend this to people and would more than likely purchase it again as I really do think it helped the press on nail come off and not damaged my nail underneath. Read more

I just used this for the first time to remove 3 week old press on nails. It was honestly the worst removal experience - it took me 45 mins to an hour, was super messy, and I still ended up having to rip off a few nails near the tip. It was actually destroying the fake nail by the end. I could tell it was softening the glue, but it also made everything gummy and even as I was peeling up the nail to try and add more liquid under the nail they still didn’t come off easily. Maybe you need to wrap the nails after adding the liquid and let them sit idk but doing it the way they advertise (basically adding the liquid to the area around the cuticle and underside by the nail tip, then adding more liquid while lifting the nail did NOT work for me). The fake nails were also destroyed by the end so if you wanted to reuse them you can’t (I don’t but normally reuse but when I just dry pry the nails off they look reusable except for the glue). After all that effort I still had to file off leftover glue on my nails so they looked/felt no less damaged than usual. Overall I would not recommend. Read more

This product didn’t remove my fake nails. However I did add it to a container with warm water and dish shop and that allowed for removal. Just applying the drops on my nails didn’t work and I used several drops. Read more

OMG! I never wear glue on nails because of how the nails/glue damage my frail & fragile natural nails. This is a game changer! It probably took about 15 minutes total to take all the fake nails off. And take the glue off of my natural nails. My nails do look a little dried out now. And not sure, if that's from the glue or the nail remover or both? But that's to be expected. I just laid down some paper towels because I didn't want to damage my counter (just in case) and did the process on the paper towels. I cannot believe how clean and easy removing the fake nails was! I am going to start wearing fake nails now thanks to this remover! I'm in love! Read more

Overall the product works. However, it will leave smudges of whatever press-on nail that you had all over your fingers. I had black press-ons on my nails and I used this for the first time to remove it and it made a mess. I do feel like it did help get the nail glue off of my actual fingernail but I can also do that by just filing the nail glue away. I won't purchase this again. Read more

I have to admit that I truly wanted to give this a higher rating but I do believe that the 2* is what it deserves. There are too many cons with this product that the only pro I can give is the very little odor it gives. There is a slight odor but it's more on the sweet side. So if you have any sensitivities to heavy odors, this won't be a problem for you. Now, for the cons. Cons: 1. Price. The price isn't bad however, the amount that is wasted for how much it is? It's actually ridiculous. I have used this product only once and I had used more than half of the bottle. I have just about enough to use on probably three fingers, after that I'll have to work with my drill and using a crap ton of acetone to even remove my nails. 2. Time. It took me almost 2-3 hrs the first time I used this remover to get off my nails. That was even after I cut and filed down my nails. I know that it takes time and patience to do nails but removing the nails and even thinking about wanting to redo my nails would've taken almost half of my day to do so. While it says it takes about 5-8 mins, you have to account for each nail. So for just one nail, it was almost 10-15 mins for the remover to fully do its just job. And that is just annoying. 3. Dropper. This. Dropper. Freaking. Sucks! Seriously it barely works. I don't know if I got a defective one but the suction on it was not the best. I probably should've used a brush instead since I have so many of them but then they wouldn't have had done a good job at getting under the nail once it's been lifted. 4. Waste. I don't know how, but the security of the cap isn't the best. I thought that I had it tightened, unfortunately, the bottle leaked and I still don't know how, so a good amount of the remover leaked out. Not only that but you'll waste so much of this stuff trying to get rid of your glue. I even had to go so far as to pair it with my acetone and soak them. It did work but of course as acetone does, it damages the nail. Using both did make the removal so much easier though. So, if you have the time and I definitely mean the time, I guess you can get it. However, I will not be purchasing this again. I'll have to keep trying different removers but it seems as though I might have to stick with just using acetone. It's a pain but this remover just isn't doing for me. Read more
