Nice faucet - looks nice and works well (and easily, which is important if you have arthritic hands). The water flow isn't has strong as I like it - but that's my fault for not noticing it's only 1.7 GPM. I'll keep it anyway because it's sufficient for washing hands & face. However, I like a stronger water flow for a showerhead. I also like the finish - drops show much less than on other finishes. The push-down drain is great -I prefer this type over the ones that function using a lever on the faucet - those never seem to work well and often break. Read more

After getting new countertops and an Undermount sink, we decided to also change out the faucet. This was well priced, easy to install, came with all the necessary pieces, and looks and works great. The finish is really nice and doesn’t show fingerprints or watermarks. Read more

I replaced my old delta crystal knob faucets with 3 of these moen wellton faucets in my bathrooms. They are really easy to install, and I had zero leaks with any of them. They are nice quality faucets with no plastic parts and doesn't show spots. I like that the 3/8" supply lines are included in the box. I bought the brushed nickel finish. One important thing to know, is that it states in the paperwork that this finish can only be cleaned with mild detergent. Harsh cleaners such as bleach, ammonia, alcohol, vinegar, scrubbing bubbles etc will damage the finish and void the warranty. I haven't found this to be an issue since these faucets don't spot much. The clean, smooth design makes it a breeze to clean. After reading lots of plumber's forums, I discarded the very thin top gasket in the push button drain assembly and used 100% silicone sealer instead. Honestly, the top drain holes in my sinks weren't symmetrical, so that thin gasket would never have prevented leaks anyway. The drain assembly is all plastic with a large metal topped screw on button that does retain a few drops of water. One of the sink drain collars broke and separated from the body as I was hand tightening it in place, which was disappointing. I am a 61 year old woman, so I don't have crushing grip strength. The push button stopper is a bit finicky to open and close, but it does hold water in the sink. I am not sure how well the drain assembly will hold up long term. (The faucet will be fine). I do like that I can pull the whole center drain mechanism out for easy drain cleaning. Overall, this is a high quality faucet that is worth more than its current price and is made with heavy metal rather than cheap plastic. The plastic drain assembly concept is good, but longevity is a bit questionable, especially since one broke upon installation, but the other 2 work for now. I would still recommend this faucet, and am happy with my purchases. UPDATE: I contacted moen regarding the broken drain assembly and they are shipping out a replacement free of charge. Great customer service! Read more

I was able to install the faucet myself (woman in my 70s), but didn’t attempt replacing the plunger. Removing the old faucet took longer than installing the new one. My sink is a standard 3-hole sink, so I had to use the base plate. Everything worked perfectly and no leaks. I love the convenience of this single handle, and this one operates smoothly. The faucet’s simplicity makes it easy to keep clean and free of water spots. It comes with the aerator removal tool, which is important to remove regularly to prevent it from becoming stuck (lesson learned from my other faucet). This is my 2nd Moen installation, and will use them again in the future. Their instructions are exceptionally clear and minimal additional tools are needed. Read more

I purchased two Moen Wellton faucets for a double vanity as part of a bathroom makeover. These faucets come complete with the drain assembly. What I like is that the drain is opened/closed by simply pressing down on the drain to close or open. There's no rod mechanism, so that eliminates a potential leak source in the drain, plus hair won't be getting caught by a rod which ends up clogging the drain. The faucet has long supply tubes that are already crimped in place on the faucet, so you have to live with the length of them because they cannot be changed out for shorter ones. Usually this means putting a small loop in the supply tube as you connect it to the shutoff valve. This faucet only requires one hole in the countertop, but it comes with a matching deck plate that will conceal the other two holes if your countertop happens to have three holes. The faucet also comes with a long tubular plastic wrench that makes it easy to tighten the nuts that hold the faucet in place. Also included is a proprietary Moen tool to unscrew the aerator for cleaning. Be sure to register your purchase with Moen by uploading a copy of your purchase and filling out their online form. Doing that means you will have a lifetime warranty on your faucet, which includes free faucet cartridges should they ever need replacing. Moen products tend to be expensive, but they've been around for a long time, they make quality products, and they are a great company to deal with should you need customer service. Read more
