Great looking faucet. Have received a number of compliments. You have to do a little research to find out about rough-in valves, etc., and the faucets plus valves are expensive. Takes awhile to install the first time (I bought two for a two-sink vanity). Directions not clear about adjusting tension on the drain plug assy. to keep the drain lever in the up position. The valves started to squeak after a few months of operation, but in fairness to the company, I called and they sent immediately valve replacements as well as the special tool needed to remove the valve stem. There had been an update to the valve design, so hopefully the new ones will be squeak-free. Valves this expensive should not squeak! Read more

new faucet slowly drips

After receiving my brand new Glyde 2-handle high arc 8inch setup Moen faucet, I had it professionally installed. I day later after using it I noticed it would drip. The drip was not constant but there would be water on the chrome drain. I also witnessed it dripping even after the faucets have been turned off for a long time. I called Meon and reported it. They sent out 2 new cartridges. I replaced them. It didn't solve the problem. I called Moen again and they sent out a new aerator for my new faucet. It still didn't solve the problem. Very bummed. I spent good money. I am at a loss as to what to do. I know Meon is a good brand and has excellent customers service. This specific product I would NOT recommend!!. I will say at the same time when buying this bathroom faucet, I bought the same style faucet but they (2 bathroom faucets) were single hole faucets with the single handle for hot and cold. These 2 other faucets...NO problems and look great. Read more
