It looked so different than my original Align faucet so I wasn't sure, but this faucet really grows on me and I like it more and more every day. I need to return one and get a replacement because it was chipped from the factory, other than that, great faucet! Read more

As we’ve come to expect from Moen, they’ve delivered another flawless faucet. This faucet is large, the metal is thick and the base is wide. I feel like the build quality in Moen products are the way things should be. Our bathroom is still very much a work in progress, but the faucet is installed and working great. We were going to get a pedestal sink that had one hole to make install a little cleaner, but we got a good deal on a 3 hole sink we couldn’t pass up. Now, if you’re using this on a single hole sink, you install and done. If you’re using a 3 hole sink, you have a few options: 1. Get some brushed or chrome caps to plug the in-used holes. 2. Pick up a soap dispenser, or sprayer, or whatever fun gadget fits in there. (My wife recently installed a soap dispenser on one side, we’ll probably cap the other.) 3. Look for the 3 hole to one hole adapter plate and use that. I actually used the adapter plate on a sink in the kitchen. Provided the opening is the right size, you’re good to go. I will say this about the base of the faucet. If you’re planning on adding soap dispensers or other hardware, make sure it will fit through the opening,... and,.. still fit next to the faucet base. There are a few different items out there that extend past the hole diameter. The larger base on the faucet can make fittment difficult. Again, like most home projects, if you want to get it right the first time, measure several times, and take lots of photos before you hit the hardware store for parts. Then you’ll be fine. Installation was a breeze: 1. Turn water off at the valve. Most have it directly at the hose connection, though some people like to turn the water main off completely. (Up to you. At your own risk. If in doubt call a friend who’s handy with the pluming.) 2. Disconnect hot/cold hoses from the old faucet, remove old faucet. 3. Drop new faucet down the hole, connect hot/cold water and your done! That’s if all goes well. : ) depending on the age of your dwelling and what was installed previously, you may need to grab an adapter or two of the fittings don’t jive with what you have. That said, most fittings and adapters are a couple bucks a piece. I had to get one for my hot water, had two fittings nearly the same size at the hardware store,.. so I bought both. I like a plan A, B and C whenever completing home projects. The water is easy to control, to the right for water on, left for off. Up/down to change hot or cold. Pretty simple. I like simple. The kit comes with some one time use tools for the job, they worked out just fine. I would highly recommend this faucet to anyone in the market. A lot of people think it’s too high. My wife washes her face in the sink occasionally and she wanted a high faucet for that. It works perfect for her. I would imagine if you are also inclined for a high faucet it would work for you too. Outstanding build quality with all the stuff you need to make it happen. Excellent job Moen! Read more

Typical of High end Moen fixtures these days, this faucet is built to highest standards in the market right now. Chrome finish is excellent, not that shiny and really smooth with no scratches whatsoever. Box includes all the accessories you need for a single hole installation. They specifically included a tool to tighten it in place that saves you a lot of body pain and stretching lol Remember, this is a single handle single hole, so if you have one of those 3 hole 2 handle faucets in the bathroom, this doesn’t work for you unless you replace the granite which is too much imo Also it should be considered that bath fixtures with a side single handle like this one are very new and they get some getting used to. The single side lever works very smooth and temperature control is very reliable. No sudden change in temperature like many other cheaper ones in the market. It is heavy but doesn’t really matter after installation and I think it’s because of the size and the fact that is heavy duty and supposed to be very reliable. Something else to know is that this is standard chrome finish and not the spotresist nor the brushed metal one so if you don’t clean this regularly, the water marks will show on this faucet. Don’t leave them wet if you want the great finish to last long. Since it’s really tall, marks will be more obvious if you don’t clean or dry the faucet after use or splash. Well I said it, the only thing a bit different about this faucet is that it’s really tall! Luckily I installed it at a renovated bathroom so everything kinda matches this and it looks good but I can see how it might look a bit weird if installed adjacent to older short bath fixtures. Also since it’s tall, you should expect a little more splash compared to shorter models with lower water drop. The drain is push only. Push to open push to close and it works very nice and smooth. One minor disadvantage imo is that the hoses are built in and if for any reason something goes wrong or you have a leak somewhere there’s no way to replace the hoses, at least I don’t think there is. Overall and elegant design, nice and fancy look with a luxury feel and excellent chrome finish with everything you need in the box for an easy 1 hr maximum installation. Worthy of the price if you can live with the single hole single handle operation. Read more

Once installed, the cartridge leaked. No amount of tightening would cure the issue. After calling tech support, they mentioned that the cartridge has a limited shelf life (i.e. when not lubricated by water). They sent me a free replacement with overnight shipping. The product is 5-Star, customer service is 5-Star… but knocking off 1-Star because they should figure out a way to improve shelf life of the internal components. This was one additional issue my remodeling project didn’t need. Read more
