I would recommend this faucet to anyone who needs a quality faucet with height. It is a little tall for deep sinks, but I found it easy to install and it operates smoothly. Watch out for the spring that is used to retract the faucet head; it is packaged on a cardboard tube with a pin at each end to hold it in place and it will blast off like a rocket if you don't hold on when removing the pin to install it. I have had Moen Voss products in my last two houses. Nicely finished and they really hold up, but I had to return these two faucets because they weren't large enough to use with the vessel sinks I had. Bummer. Highly recommend Moen products and these faucets arrived as promised and as described. I ordered replacement faucets from build.com and one had been used! I would buy Moen faucets from Amazon again! I've had my Voss faucet, and towel ring, and TP holder for almost a year now and love them all. The faucet works so smooth and I love the extra height for filling tall objects. I also don't miss the wide chrome footprint of the older faucets, just one stem atached to counter (providing you only have a one holer counter). Be sure and check out the Voss TP holder with pivoting arm too. really awesome as no more tension rod effect, one arm lifts upwards and you just slip TP on, put arm back down...really wonderful.
