soooooooo much nicer than my 80s builder quality single lever moen sink faucetwhich only had 4 " of clearance over my double sink center divider. The old faucet was so awful mostly because it was impractical for the sink and was leaking in 3 places...the replacement o rings sold these days were too large...anyway...I could not get this old faucet out, had to call real plumbers who sawsalled the sucker for five minutes and installed this new faucet. All I can say is wow. I had them mount it without the face plate due to the shortage of holes in my sink... that way I could use the hand sprayer in the old hot water hole from the previous setup and put the ro unit in the cold water side...works beautifully and is solid and easy to use. The hand sprayer is a great option, I really enjoy the reach it has...it's also not overly powerful (we have high water pressure) and the other sink faucets are way too powerful with the output, and water splashes everywhere. The lever on the main faucet doesn't have the extreme need to go 180degrees from right to left in order to get the hottest and coldest temp waters. This faucet only needs to pitch from left to right about 90degrees or less. It's also much taller than my other faucet, it has lots of clearance over the divider, no more swiveling to angle water into deep pot or needing to move large dishes out of the way to be cleaned last. It's so nice having a modern faucet and one that looks lovely as well as feels solid and works so well...I really am totally satisfied! Would buy again! It's been about 10 months since I had this installed and I loooove it! I am going to 're use it when we remodel our kitchen instead of upgrade. It's just wonderful. I wanted to post a tip though. We have really hard water, it's like an 18 on the measurement scale per our water board. So, any water that dries on the faucet leaves white residue, especially in recesses. Sooooooo, I just figured out I could wipe the faucet down with a little olive oil on a paper towel every few weeks and it works wonders to repel and combat the hard water scale. Works great. Very happy with this Moen high arc faucet. Has a nice appearance was easy to install. The base has a gasket to seal to the sink didn't need to use any silicone. Installation was very easy. All our cooking pots fit under it , even buckets. This faucet replaced a Delta 400 series that I installed only5 weeks ago. The Delta faucet became had to operate and wouldn't shut off properly. We even bought the Delta from a local plumbing supply. The Delta faucet also didn't have a high enough arc for my wife's big cooking pots. Should have bought this Moen faucet 1st.. The original faucet before the first replacement was a Moen. Will stick with Moen from now on. Read more

Bought this faucet to replace the exact same one which lasted only a few years before we started having issues turning the faucet head (thus only 4 stars). When I disassembled the unit I found the cause to be corrosion/build-up inside the tower which was preventing the faucet head from turning smoothly and sticking to the point that the whole faucet would work itself loose at the base. So cleaned it out and reassembled which made it last a few more years. When it started doing the same thing we decided it was time to get another. Despite the issues with the first one, we like the design of this one so much that we went with the same model knowing its probably going to do the same thing in a few years. We're on city water and only notice minor scale build-up on things like shower heads etc, so can't really blame the issues on hard well water or anything like that. Oh and also the original sprayer head only lasted a few years. The hose cracked at the junction with the head from lack of flexibility so had to buy another aftermarket sprayer head since the hose wasn't something we could figure out how to replace easily. Overall we love the design but durability is questionable. Read more

I'm a 48 year old guy.Through out the years I've had to do my fair share of basic household repairs over the years(and yes over the weekend when nothing is open,duct tape is your best friend sometimes).But I digress.Im skeptical of most things but this faucet was so much easier to install as opposed to the cheapest thing you can buy at the hardware store.Do you pay for convenience?Of course we do.If your on the fence about buying this faucet then let me put your mind at ease.I live in an old double wide trailer with a 4 hole double sink.It comes with a base plate to cover the 3 holes and the sprayer is a snap in so it's really easy.I like the stainless lines that come with it as well.I hope this review helps Read more
