This unit is a good deal given that it is affordable and does the job I need it to. I'm only using a single monitor with it so my experience is limited to that. Otherwise it charges my HP laptop just fine and displays video from the single USB-C cord, which is what I really wanted. It charges my cell phone as well with no issues. I do like that it is weighted a bit so it doesn't slide easily on my desk and has a short profile, not tall - less chance of getting knocked over. The angle of the display and brightness is just about perfect. I do wish they would improve the display functionality a bit with more options and have the usb ports (and button) backlit so it's easier to see them in the dark. I do wish there was at least one more USB port on the rear of the unit for a webcam or an external hard drive instead of having the wires sticking out the front. There is no windows screen lock feature on this unit as advertised in the Amazon post - it doesn't work for me anyways. Being honest, and expecting a little more, I would've 'docked' at least one or two stars for those issues. But, I brought up my concerns/suggestions with them and they've been good with responding back to me and addressing concerns. That's a bonus star in itself. If you needed a basic docking station and wanted the ability to use just a single cable usb-c connection from your (compatible) laptop - I would would consider this affordable option. Read more

Ok. I've seen some mixed reviews, so it's possible quality control might be an issue since I only bought one, but I love this. I've only used it for a week or so, but I love it. First of all, it's gorgeous. It looks COOL. Everything I've plugged into it, even my overpowered laptop, works perfectly for charging and my two monitors (which are different brands for some reason) connect and work. It is generally cooler than my previous smaller, less powerful docking station. I don't know if people complain about weight, but this one is perfect. My old one was actually too light. Every time I moved my computer, it would move over a wire or fall of the desk. This one is solid and perfect if you want a DOCKING station, not something to travel around with (though it really isn't that heavy if you have to move it with your laptop. More to the point, you get two thunderbolt USB-C ports, two HDMI plus USB-A and etc for 90 bucks. That's a steal My work provided HP docking station was underpowered, had very few connections and was so over priced when I wanted to replace it, I said NO WAY. This thing is perfect. Let's hope it continues to be this great. I am always concerned when I find a good product for a cheap price that it will break soon, but currently, it's awesome. Read more

While it's a nice little dock I nor Amazon could get the USB Ports to work for my camera, keyboard or mouse. No issues with using them in my old dock and they of course work fine plugged directly into my computers but even the camera light wouldn't light up on this dock when you plug it in like it does on every other device. Maybe I just got a bad one? Gonna pick a different company on the replacement though. I tried the support number for Mokin but it just went to voicemail. Read more
