I absolutely love these Molecular H2TAB Hydrogen Tablets with Magnesium. The subtle raspberry flavor is just right — it’s noticeable without being overpowering, which I really appreciate. Some flavored tablets can be way too strong or artificial tasting, but these are perfectly balanced. What really impressed me is that they still taste great even when I dissolve one in a full 32 oz bottle of water. The flavor holds up without becoming watered down or bland, making it super easy to drink throughout the day. They dissolve well, taste clean, and make staying hydrated something I actually look forward to. Highly recommend if you want a light, refreshing boost without an overly sweet flavor! Read more
I love these! I have one of these with a full glass of water as soon as I wake up and before my coffee. There isn’t necessarily a noticeable feeling from them but I just feel all around a little more energized and awake. I do believe that they are helpful to fight inflammation and I also take them when I have a headache and I think it takes the edge off of the pain. The raspberry flavor is nice and not overpowering at all. I’ve tried the unflavored and these are a million times better. Don’t forget to drink them right away after the tablet dissolves! They work best this way. I love Gary Brecka and trust the products that he endorses. If anything, these are a good way to up your water intake and start your morning off without having coffee first thing like I used to do. When I have this first, the coffee upsets my stomach less and I am less jittery. Read more
I loved the raspberry flavor, light and refreshing. Great for added liver support and I feel hydrated all day after adding a tablet to my water!! I was surprised a slight uptick in energy so I’ll continue to purchase. Read more
EZ to use, improves taste of water, not sure if it's spring fever or tabs but more alert and looking back at week, impressed with all I got done. Reports show helps with cholesterol. Read more
It's a great product and tastes good with a hint of raspberry to help cover the strange smell of the Molecular Hydrogen/magnesium. Most people don't realize the science of the dissolved tablet and microbubbles or how to use the tablets (See below). Disappointed H2Tab uses PPM as a marketing quantity; 80mg of metallic magnesium is the actual quantity of the tablet. 12PPM in 12oz is about the same as 8ppm in 16oz (such as Dr Mercolas product). "12-16oz" is, in my opinion, a marketing scheme. They should either make bigger tablets or list 12mg in 12oz. Whoever you by from, make sure it is tested by IHSA (International Hydrogen Standards Association), which is verified by the IHSA seal displayed on the packaging (such as seen on both H2Tab and Dr Mercolas products). The listed PPM dissolved is also impossible to reach, so it's a little confusing and misleading. It's the microbubbles you are mostly drinking. For those 'testing' the PPM.... You will never reach 12ppm dissolved unless you pressurize the container (Henry's Law), but then it won't dissolve due to another law. You are drinking mostly microbubbles which fully dissolve in your gut. Most of the Molecular Hydrogen (made from the reaction of the specific type of magnesium with the water) drank is from microbubbles of gas. The actual dissolved is limited by Henry's Law and is about 1.5-2 max, but the fog is the microbubbles. 1. Use warm/room temp water. 2. Drop the tablet & wait about 90 secs 3. Soon as the tablet floats, drink the water and the floating tablet (it'll dissolve quickly in the gut). If it takes longer, your water is probably too cold. If you wait longer, much of the microbubbles will diffuse out, and you'll have a lower dose, but still more than a therapeutic dose of 0.5, so you should definitely still have benefits of Hydrogen as well as the dissolved magnesium. The "Build": What’s Actually in the Tablet? From a handyman's perspective, I like to know how things work. These aren't just "vitamins."The Reaction: These use elemental magnesium (about 80mg) mixed with fruit acids (malic and tartaric).1 When you drop them in water, they create a chemical reaction that off-gasses molecular hydrogen (2$H_2$).3+1The "12 PPM" Claim: 12 Parts Per Million is actually a very high concentration for a tablet.4 Most "hydrogen water" machines only hit about 1.5–2.0 PPM. If the 12 PPM holds true, you're getting a much denser dose of antioxidants in one glass.Packaging: They come in blister packs.5 This is a huge win for a dad—I can toss a couple in my glove box or my work vest without them getting crushed or absorbing moisture. The Fatherhood Test: Energy & RecoveryWith a house full of kids, "recovery" usually means trying to wake up at 6:00 AM without feeling like I was hit by a truck. The "Clean" Energy: Unlike an energy drink, there’s no jittery feeling. It feels more like a "fog lifting" from my brain. It’s subtle, but I noticed I wasn't reaching for a third cup of coffee during the afternoon slump.Post-Work Recovery: After a day of hauling drywall or wrestling the kids, my joints usually ache. I’ve noticed that drinking this after a long day helps with that "stiff" feeling the next morning. It’s like a little internal WD-40 for the cells. The Taste: It’s unflavored, but let’s be honest—it has a slight metallic/chalky "magnesium" aftertaste. It’s not offensive, but my kids won't drink it (which, honestly, saves me money). The Final Verdict Is it a "miracle cure"? No. But as a tool for a busy dad who needs to stay sharp and recover fast, it’s a solid addition to the routine. The science of using magnesium to create hydrogen is sound, and the convenience of a tablet beats lugging around a specialized water bottle any day. Handyman’s Rating: 🛠️🛠️🛠️🛠️ (4/5 Hammers — Solid tech, but you have to wait for it to dissolve.) Dad’s Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ (4/5 Stars — Great for focus, just wish it tasted a bit better.) Read more
