Update: so the company reached out to offer a refund but I simply asked for an exchange because I really do like it and I appreciate companies that make a situation right so thank you! I loved it, the look, the performance, but I've barely had it a month and it completely tarnished and is very hard to screw the top on when making my coffee. Read more

Prob a 3.5 in my book. I mean it’s constructed well enough and it gets. the job done but it isn’t a Grosche (which I’ve had). You can tell the difference between them in weight and sturdiness. So if price point is your driver, pull the trigger, but if overall longevity and quality build then go with a Grosche or similar. One last thing…if you have larger hands the handle curls down quite a bit making it cumbersome to actually put your hand in there. I end up just pinching it with my fingers or wrapping an index finger in there. Not a huge deal. I bought this for a coffee back up to my espresso machine and for that it’s ok. Read more
I actually really love this so much. It makes strong coffee. BUT it simply will not screw on all the way. It leaks every time no matter what. The leakage is very small so i still use it every single day . I can’t give 5 stars because the leaking. Other than that it is perfect. Colors looks even better in person too. Read more
