I’m a side sleeper and most earbuds start to hurt after a while, but these are low-profile enough that I can lie on my side without that annoying pressure in my ears. The noise cancellation isn’t super intense, but it’s definitely enough to block out background noise and help me relax. I usually play some white noise or calm music and it helps me fall asleep faster. Sound quality is clear, setup was easy, and the Bluetooth connection has been stable so far.
