Just received the item and the appearance looks great right away. After opening the case, I put the labels for the day, 1 to 31. The labels are legible, easy to peel off and to attach to each individual containers. I also found the pouch and the belt inside. I am not planning on using the shoulder belt, the tablet cutter but the pouch can contain other things and fits in the case when empty. I like this item a lot. I like this monthly pill organizer. it comes with 4 weeks of pill containers, 3 extra and a pill cutter. The pill containers are large, holding many pills. They're separated into 4 times a day. They come in an easy to carry case. The side pouch that comes with it comes in handy when you only need to take a week with you. I've already used that. I love the front zipper on the small pouch too. The big case has a small netting on the lid. It comes with numbers or days stickers. The only negative thing I've noticed besides how long it takes me to put a month's worth of medicine in these is if a pill falls into the wrong place it takes a few tries to get it out. I don't know why, maybe because they're bigger and deeper than my other ones but I've never had that trouble before, they would just slide out the side on the first try. Very good product the best one I’ve ever gotten. I hope this lasts long and they don’t break the plastic opening up and I take a lot of medication. I am disabled and having a lot of medical issues I use this every day constantly so I hope the plastic holds up on the lids going opening up constantly but overall it looks fantastic. I bought this 31 day pill container for my husband's multiple meds and supplements. I used the dates instead of weekdays. I only have to deal with doling out his meds once every 30 days. It's easy to pull out one container for the day, store the pill cutter (incl) able to cut the smallest of pills. The case is nice and secure, waterproof, spill spill-proof.
