The knives were not sharp at all, and even after I sharpened them with an actual sharpener they still barely cut through an onion without added force, and the head of cabbage? In your dreams ha. These are so flimsy and useless. I was quite saddened by them. A brand new knife should be able to chop an onion or cabbage in half without half my body weight baring down on it.
