This had great potential but did not work for my vehicle. It made you sit really high up.Even with lowering the seat was not ideal for my truck. It was comfortable just hit the wrong spot at the leg that made it feel uncomfortable along with sitting up way too high. Read more

I would say that this seat is an in-between hard and soft foam. And I use it in my office chair. The too soft foam flattens to where you are pretty much sitting on the very seat of the chair you are trying make comfortable. The too hard foam, this one is tricky learned. So you need that support, right? However, too hard also pushes on the painful areas of your bottom around the tailbone pain. You need an in-between. Like Goldilocks and the three bears! This curved up back part of the seat, I am not entirely sure if that is part of the ergonomics specifically to the tailbone or more for back comfort. For me, this seems to be a huge benefit for the tailbone. I like that the hole for your tailbone actually forces your body in the correct spot. Whereas other seats move on you as you get into your chair, missing the tailbone cutout. Also another negative for other seats with no back part is that if you need a pillow for back support, the pillow blocks the tailbone cutout and you are totally missing correct spot because then you are slightly moved forward.
