As an avid side sleeper with painful shoulders, I’ve had a tough time finding a pillow that’s tall enough but also keeps my head on it. Despite purchasing many "tall" pillows, I still have yet to find one that's too tall. With extremely broad shoulders despite a small frame (5'2", 120 lbs), most pillows fall short. This pillow comes close to perfect in every way. The height is almost ideal, though I wish it was a little taller. The arm holes are perfectly placed, and even the thinner sections support well without putting pressure on my arm. I wish it was firmer, but it is still a fairly firm pillow. The moon shape wraps comfortably, and I love that I can curl up without my head sliding off. It off-gassed quickly. After 24hours of letting it expand, there was barely any smell left. A week later and it's completely gone. A standard pillowcase works in a pinch. My only heads-up: the first time I rolled over in my sleep with my arm in the contour, it made me feel briefly "trapped." Now that I expect it, it's no longer an issue, but it was disorienting at first. Read more

I think the design of this pillow is very good for someone who wants to take stress off their shoulder. The material is pretty soft, so I don't know how long it would actually hold up, but the problem for me is that the top of the pillow, being pretty soft, sinks down quite a bit and causes problems for my CPAP mask. There was no way, unfortunately, that I could move the placement of my head around so that my mask didn't get interfered with. I think it would work really well for someone that just had surgery, but in the long run I don't know how long the memory foam would hold up for regular use. Read more

Incredible. I was hesitant to purchase because I was trying to justify spending $38 on a pillow but I finally purchased and I’m so glad I did! Man —- this is such a dream pillow. I’m writing this review with my head on the pillow and hands through the holes lol. It’s so comfortable and such a smart idea with the arm holes. It’s like I can snuggle up against the pillow in a way that’s more supportive than a regular pillow. Definitely perfect for side sleepers. I look forward to getting in bed every night just to lay on this pillow. I recommend. Be sure to give it a few hours to fully expand!! Read more

It was so good to have relief for my arm during the night. I’ve had hand surgery and my arm goes to sleep when I lay on it and wakes me up during the night. That also makes it painful. The cut outs in the pillow work really good and keep my head and shoulders away from my arm. The pillow that you rest your head on is also very comfortable. I would prefer my big fluffy pillow, but for now I can’t. It does have a cooling effect. If you run your hand across it it’s cool to the touch. Very good quality. Read more

We love this and it really does help side sleeping shoulder and neck pain. Giving 4 stars because it is white and there isn't an option for a different color case. The case is washable, but white always gets dingy after while. Read more
