I replaced my previous monitor arm due to it not having proper adjustments. This new monitor arm is vastly superior in every way, and at a similar price point. Pros: -This was very easy to install, requiring no additional tools -Once I got the arms tightened up it stays where I put it and doesn't sag at all -I am able to move the arm out to its extreme angles and it handles it well -Taking the monitor off the arm is just as easy as putting it on the arm Cons: -The cable management channels are a little tight for my setup. All of my cables fit and work well, but if I want to add any additional cables it could be an issue. -One of the tension bolts had to be cranked down pretty hard. My monitor is at the edge of allowed weight (14 pounds) but still in spec. Overall I am very happy with this monitor arm. There is no sag and everything is staying where I put it. Read more

You won't go wrong buying this monitor crane (arm). From the moment you open the box, you'll be impressed. To say this crane is sturdy is an understatement. It's beautifully designed and very well made. There are three ways to mount the device: 1. Clamping it to the desktop, 2. Screwing the mounting bracket to the vertical side, or back, of the desk , and 3. Using the bolt to to fasten it through the desktop which is what I did. The kit comes with everything needed to mount and adjust the arm. Besides all the necessary screws and bracketry, the kit includes two allen wrenches. The larger one even has a phillips screw driver on the long leg. The finish is emaculate powder coated. It will probably outlast you. Oh, I almost forgot, the arm sections have cable races attached to organize cable-clutter. As you can tell, I'm very pleased. I know you will be too. Read more

Finally! I have found a monitor arm to work with my 24 in slim monitor and height adjustable desk. I started working from home 3 weeks ago and wow setting up my home office has been a challenge. I have a gorgeous L shaped wood desk and one section pops up to stand. And here is where my home office challenges began. I’m 5’3”. My wood desk stand section was too high and I lost ergonomics. If I sat, seated was too high. I had purchased a monitor riser for my old desk at my former employer. Well that thing was too big for my wooden desk. After a week of having a sore body from a lack of ergonomics I bought a monitor arm. I tried a couple different monitor arms and nothing would work with my wood desk. Out of frustration, and tired of being in pain, I purchased a new height adjustable desk on Amazon. I love this desk and it was just what I needed. Problem with this desk is it has angled edges which complicates using a monitor arm. I order this monitor arm, and a pack of clear shims and hoped for the best. It works! The mount is super secure, I have zero fears of of my monitor falling over. I am stunned that is is secure. I had planned on placing the grommet in a more stable location but due to the dimensions of the clamp, and the angle of the edge of desk…. it was not possible. I was ready to just wait until Home Depot opens and find a new clamp bracket. But out of frustration and the need to have a functional and comfortable work space I figured I could try and see how on earth to make this work. To my surprise it does. No clue how the grommet can hold all this together just barely under the slim and angled edge of this desk but IT DOES! Think the shims helped. My only regret was not spending another $25 for the gas spring arm version. My husband has the dual monitor gas spring version and it’s super easy to move around. I still need to fine tune the adjustments on this so perhaps it will be easier to move soon. The cable management in the arm housing is wonderful! No more messy cable cluster. Once I add a docking station I will be able to achieve the clean and tidy look I need. Mount It is the third brand of arm mount I had purchased. I wish I would have inspected my hubbies set up before wasting time with the other brands. They just didn’t do it for my needs. One did not feel sturdy enough to support an ultra slim monitor. If I end up adding a second monitor to my set up I will immediately purchase another mount it mount. If you are shopping for a monitor arm…..do yourself a favor and just add a mount it to your cart. It’s worth the higher price. While my monitor is cheap ($90) as far as monitors are concerned; I would trust this mount with an expensive monitor. Read more

I have a couple monitors in front of me and a third off to my side and I use this to hold it in place. It keeps it elevated just up and out of the way in the perfect position to just look over at. Of course it has adjustments and can be moved so when I need to I can move the monitor and swing the arm, etc. Also has cable holding areas along the arm. Read more

The arm is aesthetically neutral so it just looks good; the sturdiness is a mayor win as well, the 27" monitor feels stable and and even makes it look better. Moving the monitor to different positions is swift and easy. The installation was also great, the manual illustrates the various ways of doing it and the tools needed are included so no hassle on doing this quick and easy. Overall I must say this piece of hardware went beyond my expectations. Then again, the desk look so much clean, I have more space to work comfortably. Read more

The device apears to be strong and very steady attacment. I am happy with that and the guidnlines for assembly are very clear. it comes with two mounting options. One that is based on vise (supplied) The other involves a hole in the table. (also with supporting) The vise is good enough and very solid. One comment - the metal attached to the monitor was too big - I used it on a Samsung 28" (brilliant monitor). So I had to cut it to fit into the overcome that it is too big. The kit comes with spaces, but I chose to make that adjustment and I am happy with that. Read more

I ordered three of these. The first one didn't have threads in one of the holes for the mounting bracket, so you can't screw in the bolt. The second box came already opened with a sticker from Amazon saying the product wqs getting a second life. It was missing the plate that mounts to the monitor. I ended up returning all three as the quality was so poor. If you have used other monitor arms, you will be dissapointed. Read more
