I follow Dr Ellie's protocol for tooth care, plaque removal and healthy gums. You can find her on YouTube if you don't know her yet. She's the TRUTH dentist and I LOVE her! Anyhow, these are the toothbrushes she recommends and I use the children's size as an adult because I have a smaller mouth and teeth. These are more effective for me because of their smaller size. They are noticeably firmer and have a "flossing" ability. My teeth feel noticeably cleaner when I use them especially with her protocol. They have a variety of colors so it's easier to keep track of day/night brushes. You should be using 2 toothbrushes, one for AM and one for PM, to minimize bacteria. Anyhow, they are great. The price is great here on Amazon when I can't find them at my local Sprouts market. I highly recommend them and Dr Ellie! Read more
