My daughter is too old for "kids" toothpaste and let's face it, the fruity flavors just didnt combat sour cream and onion chip breath. However, she has sensory issues and just couldn't tolerate adult mint toothpastes. I don't have a Dentist's point of view to vouch for if my teeth seemed more or less cavity prone. But I really liked the fact that this had propolis in it, from what I've read it can be really beneficial for teeth and gums. And that was the main reason that I wanted to try it. It was a little more creamy or soft than a mainstream toothpaste, visually it's off-white, and taste-wise not overpowering just pleasantly minty. I enjoyed using it I would continue using it but it's a little more spendy than regular toothpaste, this was a toothpaste splurge for me and hopefully I can splurge again.
