Literally the only toothpaste I will use. One of those products where you truly do get what you pay for, and this has been worth every extra penny since I switched to it about 7-8 years ago. Before moving to Pronamel, I was using Crest 3D White, which definitely worked to make my teeth whiter, except it was at the expense of actually stripping away enamel after multiple years of consistent use. This manifested itself as a couple of extremely cold-sensitive spots on my front teeth (not due to cavities). After some research into the enamel damage that whitening toothpastes can potentially cause, it seemed like a clear consensus that Pronamel actually helped to protect and restore enamel, while still offering some mild whitening benefits (as compared to a standard toothpaste). I gave it a try and literally within 3-4 months, my cold-sensitive spots were completely gone without any treatment from a dentist. I usually don't buy into marketing hype or products backed by a bevy of "paid professionals"; in this case, however, Sensodyne Pronamel is the real deal, and I will never use anything else. It's works for the sensitive teeth, no doubt there, but I wish it was a bit foamier, it tends to drip out of my mouth while brushing and makes a mess. The only other thing is that it's a bit pricey for a 4 oz tube, though buying it here is way better than local store prices. Read more

We have now bought this more than once. It’s a good deal for a more expensive toothpaste and lasts us quite a good amount of time. Saves me time having to go to the store as well.
