so far so good. Gets very hot and fast. I just wish it had an auto shut off feature because I often forget to turn the thing off or am used to my previous curling iron that would turn off on it’s own so I have touched it a few times and burned myself while doing my makeup forgetting that it won’t turn off on its own like my other model did (It has a red light that shows that it’s on but it’s just a habit of mine)…but used as a curling iron it’s great.
