not entirely rubber

My fault, I didn't read the description. I assumed from the photo that these were entirely waterproof. They are not. The side gusset is made of fabric with stretch to it. If it gets wet--it stays wet. I returned them. I wear a size 9 and they fit a little big, but fine. Read more
