i was advised to use small trimming scissors to trim leaves off my plants, these are great for that trimming. I was told to also place the scissors in alcohol between different plants to prevent cross contamination. For the price these scissors are a great buy. Follow-up: Finger holes on scissors are very small and more for a woman or child's hand, when using them they kept falling off the tips of my larger fingers. Read more

These came up when I was searching for embroidery scissors, and while they work fine for trimming eyebrows, or cutting thread, they struggle to cut cotton yarn. The size is great for packing for travel or in a small notions tin, but they are a bit stiff to open and made my thumb sore very quickly. Read more
