I used to use precut tape ..KT and others.. I’m a guitarist and age plus arthritis has taken its toll with pain and diminishing strength in the hands I had to cut the precut tape to size. This tape eliminates leftover.. l cut each strip to size the first time. and it bonds well to itself when I overlap. the best part is it supports my wrist and hand bones securely and comfortably so I can play the music I love. I had knee replacement surgery in November 2022. My physical therapist taped me and OMG what a lifesaver! The adhesive is first-rate. I cut the ends of the strip to curve the corners and they then don't get curled up from my pant legs moving over them. Once applied, I can actually get two days of use (if I don't shower). Unfortunately (and this is not a product defect), my knee problems are too severe even for this otherwise excellent tape. I started with Dr Kenzo Kase the inventor. They changed their glue formula and it wasn't sticky enough for my water sports. Mueller is my new favorite. Stays on for a week "at least". Best way to remove is to get a good sweat going, ideally a sauna or very hot shower if applied in sensitive skin areas. Read more
