I got these for my husband because he pulled his shoulder playing tennis. I personally have no idea how to apply KT tape in the proper direction or area, but this precut tape made it so easy to figure out where everything should go. There is a QR code to the video to instruct you on how to place the tape. They could not have made it any easier to figure out. I will say, I did get the wrong shoulder, I swore my husband said left but when we got the tape he said it was his right shoulder that was bothering him, so we did get the wrong side shoulder (the tape is cut different if you want left shoulder vs. right shoulder) but we still followed the video and I tried to pull the tape a little where the right shoulder would've gone. Well the good news is it still worked and provided him relief. The minute we were done he said it already felt better and he liked the feeling of a little tension around his shoulder. So far it's only been 2 days so we will see how long it lasts before we have to reapply. The box comes with 4 shoulder tapes that should last about 5 days each in the shower. I tore my rotary cuff years ago and it still sometime acts up on occasion, so I thought that this would be a neat tool to have when I'm iffy about the wisdom of lifting heavy. However this product seems geared towards people with access to a professional coaching system and not recreational power lifters like me. Obviously you can't apply this yourself and so I would have to enlist my husband to apply it and to be honest I'm not sure I would trust him to get it right. It looks pretty involved and if you don't know anatomy it might due more harm than good if not applied correctly. It's great that there is a video on line but that does not eliminate the need for instructions to be included in the box. The box just contains four tape packets and nothing more. Not a single shred of instructions. It only advises you to apply 30 minutes before activity. I don't even know the answer to basic questions like how long can I wear this? Is it designed to be worn for days or are you meant to change every day? Is there any limit to the amount of time you can wear it? In all honestly I would not feel comfortable using this on my own. I've had a lot of aches, pains, and injuries and always wanted to try kinesiology tape but it seemed complicated to figure out the correct placement and direction of it. But these strips are so easy to use. The QR code shows you a detailed video, the numbered strips make it so simple. And it has really helped a lot. Besides being very helpful when it is precut, this company provided the most support for using their kinesiology tape product. A QR Code sends you to their website where you learn how to put on the tape. It tells you how to position your arm ( in my case for my LEFT SHOULDER ) so I will get proper taping procedure and thus, support. Read more

This particular kinesiology tape is really awesome! It is pre-cut and applies very well, sticking through even sitting in a bathtub! It gives great support without being uncomfortably tight and stays right where you put it! I am a huge fan and give it a raving recommendation! Read more
