I have been wearing wrist braces at night to relieve problems resulting from carpal tunnel syndrome. These braces are very comfortable to wear and fit well. I especially like the light weight design and the fact that there are only 2 Velcro closures. That makes them very easy to put on and take off and put on. They are not nearly as big and clunky as some I have used, especially the ones that the surgeon provided after my initial visit, The cost of these braces were also significantly lower and they are more comfortable! One problem that I noted (but does not detract from my rating) is that the hook side of the Velcro straps fasten directly to the fabric of the brace. This works fine for a while but eventually the fabric wears down and closure is difficult. I solved the problem by sewing some of the loop portion of Velcro to the closure points and everything is good. I am about to order a new pair as the rest of the braces are starting to wear after over 6 months of daily use. However, for the price and the comfort afforded, these braces are an excellent value. The brace is as described and fits well. It’s so helpful having my wrists supported. I bought two, one for each hand/wrist. It’s easy to switch the metal brace to fit the opposing hand. This is the second time I’ve purchased this item. First time was probably 15 years ago and that brace still works fine! Read more

I had a tingling and numbness in my hand from a pinched nerve. I ended up buying a second one since the velcros on these splints don't hold up for long term use. First one I bought from walgreens for $25 (double the price of Amazon). The material is of inferior quality but since it helped me with my problem so I thought it's worth buying it again. I tried a few other similar products on the market, but I still came back to this one because it felt lighter and did not heat my hand, more over it worked. Read more

My original 1 lasted just over 2yrs & is still going. And I wear it daily the only time I take it off is to wash dishes & of course shower/bath. So I bought this 1 to have a back up from the original brace but also seller. Read more

My wife purchased two of these to wear when mountain biking. She likes the fact that they're reversible and provide increased stability of her wrist joints when riding in rough terrain. This is perhaps not the application for which they're designed, but they work well. Read more

The splint is comfortable and keeps my carpal tunnel syndrome at bay. The downside is that it wears out extremely fast; it will come open every few minutes and becomes very annoying. I don't want to risk buying other brands because I have tried some that I had to throw away because they hurt. So, I wrap rubber bands around and spent more money on yet another. Read more
