I bought this from Amazon rather than directly from Beach Waver, thinking the hype would not work for me and I would return it after trying it. WRONG! It is so easy to curl my hair. I love that there are 3 barrel sizes to choose from. My hair actually stays curled even after sleeping on it. Hands down the BEST curling iron I have ever owned. If you're used to using hair irons for curling or waving your hair, I would definitely make the switch to beachwaver. I only used once so far, and it is absolute Magix! I used to get so frustrated before with the curling wand or inconsistent results of using my straightener--while also not achieving the look I sought. Beachwaver solved that for me!! And I sure wish I had this when I kept my hair short (medium bob above shoulders but below chin) as it would have made my hair look killer cute! Now I get the long beachy pro-looking waves I always wanted with my long hair. Read more
This product is a high quality and gives me curls the last for days even with fine hair. There is somewhat of a learning curve to understand how the curling iron works. It does pull and snag your hair if you're not careful or don't understand how to use it. I watched a short video and I was absolutely fine figuring out how you use it. The only thing I don't love about it is that the clip that holds your hair in at the base doesn't allow for you to have the beachy looking waves. It looks more like a traditional curl on the end, which is fine if that's the look you're going for. This curling iron gets really hot. I'm not sure I would want to use it on my hair every single day, but it does hold the curls so you might not have to. It is an expensive product but it is a good product. I'm not sure it's worth it's current price though. Overall, I like using it but I'm not sure I would pay this amount of money for it again. There are three different barrels that you can interchange on the base she makes it great for flexibility and style of curl you're going for. Overall a good product. Read more
DO NOT buy this. The clamp that holds the hair is only 1 inch long. It's totally UNUSABLE. Whoever designed this had NO CLUE how it works. Horrible product. Read more
