I feel pretty... neutral about these NUTRI POTENTIA Multi Collagen Peptides Capsules. They are easy to swallow, which is nice, but I honestly haven’t noticed any real difference in my hair, skin, nails, or joints while taking them. The bottle contains 90 capsules, but since the serving size is three per day, it only lasts about 30 days. Personally, I would rather take one larger pill instead of multiple capsules. I hate to say it but, P.U.! These Nutri Potentia Multi Collagen capsules really smell terrible (my son even agreed) & are huge (see pics). I had to gag the dose of 3 capsules down due to the smell & size. If you cannot swallow large pills, be forewarned. The Amazon listing shows a made in USA icon but nowhere is that stated on the bottle. On the plus side, the bottle was well secured with an outer shrinkwrap + inner seal with an expiration date of Dec.2027 so that's a smidge over 2yrs away so they are very fresh. I like that it says it also contains 100% of your daily value of Vitamin C & E, along with 60mg Hyaluronic Acid & 5 types of collagen, & Biotin. Although they did not cause any stomach issues for me, I cannot get past the bad smell & size so I'll be sticking to my other 2 collagen brands that have zero smell & aren't so huge. These have a really strong smell to me. I am one of those people who can taste what I smell and can taste almost any tiny flavor nuance in food that others don't. These are not for me in that regard. The smell makes it tough for me to get down. The capsules are a medium to large capsule size, but still doable for me without much issue. I also would prefer if the dose was smaller. I prefer to only have to take 1-2 capsules for a dose, but this is 3. It has egg, too, which I would rather be left out, for sure. I still think this is a 4 star product based on the quality of ingredients, but my personal (picky) preferences push me toward something less odoriferous. 1 serving is 3 pills. And the size of the pills are slightly larger than average. The 3 pills per serving already puts me off, but the taste in these are very strong. It takes a lot for me to drink these in the mornings. I like that it brings many types of collagen to target different things but the smell, taste and serving size really puts me off. I'd rather just drink my powder collagen. Read more
This supplement is very very well crafted. I love the combination of ingredients and really appreciate how they’ve included 5 different types of collagen from solid sources (grass-fed bovine fish, cage free chickens, & eggshell membrane). I also really like the addition of biotin and hyaluronic acid so I don’t have to take them separately. The serving size is 3 capsules but they aren’t super large and go down easily with no taste or smell. It’s made in the US in a cGMP facility and is lab tested so I trust in the quality. I wasn’t completely satisfied with the product. The serving size is three capsules. I would not mind talking three capsules if I noticed a significant improvement in nails or hair. My hair stayed the same. Read more
