So the first thing I noticed with these capsules is that the spelling is incorrect. The packaging says "Mulit Collagen Peptides." That being said, the capsules are easy to swallow and they don't leave any after taste either. The ingredients are clearly listed and I appreciate that there are not harsh chemicals in here. I have regularly taken Biotin for many years and over time I have noticed it has helped with my menopausal thing hair, and my weak brittle nails. I have wanted to try adding collagen to my biotin supplement regimen and found that this supplement allows me to add the collagen with the biotin in one capsule instead of two. The recommended dose is 3 capsules daily and comes in a safety sealed child proof bottle of 240 capsules so this bottle will last you about 2 and ½ months. The capsules are small and easy to swallow and had no noticeable taste that was unpleasant. They did not upset my stomach at all, and I took them on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. These supplements also contain Vitamin c and Hyaluronic acid along with the biotin and collagen. The collagen is made up of several types to include bovine, fish, chicken and eggshell. They do have a pretty strong medicinal supplement smell when you open them. They are also distributed out of Florida and have the GMPC seal that is important to me knowing that they are being manufactured, packaged and stored in compliance with FDA quality guidelines and safe conscious standards. With any supplement it takes several months or more to determine their effectiveness, but this supplement appears to have a nice combination that I am eager to use and hopefully see the effectiveness to benefit from. The pills themselves are fairly large, so if you struggle with swallowing bigger capsules, that’s something to keep in mind.
