I wanted something to beef up my lungs again. Little backstory. I had a really bad case of bronchitis back in 2016 and till this day, I can still feel that my lungs haven't recovered. That and a fact with a few bouts of covid along the way lol. Enter this little device. I tested it and did the recommended exercises and I could tell that it does indeed work. The following day I went out for a run and felt my breathing was a bit stronger. Now, this is a device where you just use it for one time and that's it. It's like a workout too. YOU NEED TO STICK WITH IT TO SEE PROGRESS. It comes with a booklet with all the info you need so you don't have to fiddle around with the mindset of, "what the heck? How do you use this contraption??" After each use, it's quite easy to wash out. If you don't well..... that's gross. lol I did a test on a treadmill and all of a sudden, saliva was pouring out everywhere. (I know, YUCK.) So I don't know how you can use it in actual workouts just like the sample video on the item page. Anyways, I can totally recommend this product. If I continue with my breathing exercises with this product, hopefully it can make my lungs a bit more stronger. Read more

I haven't really seen such a well-made product in a while, so I was pleasantly surprised to receive this one. From the design, quality, components, and durability, this product is so ideal it's actually quite remarkable. I think I will keep this for life, and my favorite part is that it has both inhale and exhale functionality, and comes with a CASE(!), making it so convenient to store, keep, and carry, which is something I've wanted in a product like this. This replaces my old device, which lacks the inhale/exhale functionality and just has one valve for both. I like this because it can train both inhale and exhale, which may be at different capability levels, if that makes sensee -- e.g., for instance, my exhale is stronger than my inhale, by a good amount. I ordered this to strengthen, relax, and expand my tight and potentially weak diaphragm and find it highly effective and well-made, in terms of quality and durability. The rubber is of good quality and so is the case. Comes with instructions and a mini journal log for progress tracking. HIGHLY recommend and I'd even buy this with my own money. It's that good. This is a great breather for daily respiratory training. I am not an athlete, but I do need to improve my breathing. I like this breather as one can work on both their inhaling and blowing out on the same device. There are 2 dials one can set resistance. This is definitely better quality than the cheaper ones that I have and it comes with directions. I've been trying to use this type of device more often, but it's hard. This makes it easier because you can see everything clearly on the adjustment knob and I had not been using it correctly, this made it much easier to figure out and change the difficulty level.
