Ive taken a lot of multivitamins over the years. A lot of them are over priced, have either too much or too little of what you need. I found this one is a great balance of vitamin content at an excellent price. The serving size is 3 pills, but I only take 2 unless im consuming extra due to being sick. The pill size are what's to be expected for what you get out of the vitamin so they're relaitvely easy to swallow. Ive never had a bad batch since ive been ordering.
