It's a really nice blend of mushrooms and they have a pretty good flavor. For the most part all fruiting bodies except for the Cordyceps as seems to be the case in lesser quality supplements. No extract ratios are given so the assumption is straight powder. Sugar. Glucose syrup of all things. Sadly I will not be coming back to these. Sugar does not love my body. Read more
