Most people can use all of the 'cognitive function, attention span, brain power and mental alertness'' they can get. I know I can. I've always taken supplements for cognitive support and they sure seem to help. These supplements promise to help in the aforementioned ways. Sounds good to me. It's tough to evaluate supplements since you can't really tell categorically if supplements like this are providing a benefit--like I take vitamin C but there's no way to quantify if it benefits your immunity and if so by how much--but they sure haven't hurt. These supplements are somewhat atypical of the cognitive supplement 'genre'. Everything in here are herbs you'll find in other supplement formulations, but you usually won't find all of these in the same package--at least not without a bunch of other stuff. I like the fact that I can knock out a bunch of beneficial herbs that I might not get in other formulations. The good news is that the bulk of ingredients are things that most people don't get (or get enough of) in their diet or via other supplements. You're getting a lot of beneficial stuff in just two tablets a day. The tablets have no taste or odor, no apparent side effects and I've taken them with food and on an empty stomach without issue. I definitely feel better when I take these supplements than when I don't. I can't say that these supplements have been 'game changing' but they sure haven't hurt. I took this supplement for almost a month. I didn't notice anything different like I do when I take alpha brain. I followed the directions and just nothing for me. I guess this blend just isn't for me. Maybe it is for others. Read more

So if you are hoping for a magic pill like in the movies, then this isn't it. None of it really is. There is a limit to everyone's ability to do certain things, and that is almost always based off of their health, education, and age. There is a reason many of the most intelligent people in the world, that work in specialized labs and on complex projects know that they have a limited time before their cognitive function will decline, and there will be the next generation to take over (although there are outliers). But as far as this particular supplement - it does not hurt and after reading up on the ingredients, it does seem that there is a plausible, positive effect that comes from using them. I am from the school of "if it doesn't make you worse, then see if it makes you better". Just follow directions when taking it, make sure you have water as this is a tough pill to swallow, pun intended. If it makes you an iota better whether through actual science or through the placebo effect, then what is $0.84 per day? So at least give it a try, or gift it to a person that is reaching that age where it is difficult for them and emphasize on the ingredients and past results - it would show them you care and that alone will help, plus the supplements. I have returned to college in my late 40s while working full time in IT. I ordered this product hoping to see a bit of improvement for my late afternoon focus. I have taken about 6 doses and while it is way too soon to assess properly, I definitely noticed that even on 5 hours of sleep, I was able to sit and crank out a 14 page procedure document for some testing that I had performed 4 days ago. Normally I’m pretty sluggish and unmotivated around then and I was particularly under caffeinated. So that wasn’t it either. I’m feeling optimistic. I love memory supplements and if I can carry specific test scenarios over a weekend of rafting and cooking my brain in the sun and put it on paper on a Monday… either I have superpowers or this supplement has an edge the other ones don’t. My boyfriend also uses memory and focus supplements but his are loaded with caffeine and energy boosters. This one does NOT have that and will not leave you jittery. As a side note, it seems to have oat fiber and isn’t labeled as gluten free. I have celiac disease but either the quantity is minute or the oats are gluten free. I have issues with oats if they’re farmed using the same equipment but more and more are separated. Not sure what the story of the oats is but I haven’t had a reaction to these ones. Read more

These are pretty good so far. Very quality looking product. I have taken it the last few days and definitely feel like there's some improvement. Over the weekend, I was able to do more chores and errands than I usually do, and have a great late night gaming session. Could it be a placebo effect? Possibly. But the ingredients are pretty good in this supplement. Just don't expect miracles, and take it regularly and hope it helps. Another positive is there has been no negative effects for me. No crashes, still slept fine, feel well in general. If you are looking for an herbal brain boosting supplement, I do recommend trying this one! Read more

I thought I would give these a try. Who doesnt want increased brain power, mental alertness, cognitive function or .. hold on... attention span. Been taking for a few days now. Its hard for me to assess any increases in anything. I did stay focused the other night trying to pack all my tools into my toolbox and rearranging to get the best fit of everything needing to go in there. Can I attribute it to these pills. I dont know. What I can say, is I am on high blood pressure medicine which makes me normally a little less coherent and since taking these pills, I could say there has been an improvement and there has not been any interactions with any medicines I am on. I will take the whole bottle and see what happens to determine if I will re order. Unless of course I forget. lol Read more
