I am truly impressed with this product. I should’ve bought this much sooner. I have certain facial hair that has never been shaved properly but, this not only touches those areas but, also for the first time leaves literally everywhere silky smooth. I am thoroughly impressed. I am black with extremely course hair, no tugging or irritation here. Where was this shaver when I was shaving everyday in the Army?. Great weight, feels solid and luxurious. My only and I mean only complaint is, this is the loudest shaver I’ve purchased in years. Loud could have multiple meanings. This kinda loud feels right though, like it’s part of the solid feeling. I did notice the battery draining quickly but, only because of the digital display. Realistically it lasts about the same as any other shaver. For me personally it will last for a very long time since I only shave once a week. I think the body attachment is my favorite. It is still as sharp as the day i bought it. A year and a half after buying it i had an issue with it not taking a charge. I bought this in February 2022. 1 year later, it no longer works. It wont even turn on. Started flashing a Heart symbol 2-3 months ago, but eventually would turn on. Now, it won't even turn on. Just starts flashing that heart symbol for 1/2 to 1 second. Also, doesn't trim facial hair close enough unless using the the actual shaver piece, which doesnt allow for accurate and precise trimming. Due to it malfunctioning in less than 1 year, I do not recommend this product. I have other trimmers that I've had for many years which work better and they cost less. Update: after writing the above review, the owner found me on Linked-In and quickly replaced the product and stayed in contact with me until I received it. The media could not be loaded. I really liked this trimmer for the first two months — it worked perfectly and held a charge well. But now it won’t even turn on. It just beeps and says the battery is at 100%, and the up/down buttons change the number on the screen, but the motor won’t move at all. Update: After posting the below review, I reached out to the company via their website's general email on a Saturday morning. Within an hour, I received a response from the owner that I'd be receiving a replacement guard at no charge and it's in the mail as I type this. I really don't know what more I could have asked other than for him to hand deliver the package to me! Original Review: I've bought the trimmer on Jan 2nd and on Aug. 28th the guard broke. For the past 8 months it's been the best trimmer I've ever owned... and I've gone through a lot of them. The best feature is the battery life. I trim my short beard every 3-4 days and I charged the clippers every 6-8 weeks. With the battery life digitally displayed, there's no fear that it'll run out while I'm traveling for work. I typically didn't even pack the charger. I would highly suggest that a more protective travel pouch be provided. The guard broke in their pouch inside my checked baggage and I'm afraid the clippers are now useless to me. I love the trimmer, but can't find a replacement guard.
