Right out of the Amazon package I could tell I got an item that was previously returned from another customer (not pleased about that!!) The bag itself had damaged from shipment apparently but not so visible. Seperate & appart from that the bag is beautiful!! Spacious too. Good quality, the chains are sturdy. You won't regret buying this bag. My only regret was that I didn't get a brand new bag instead of a refusal from a previous customer. Read more
