I wish I knew about cupping therapy long before now. I think back to all the times I could have used it instead of alternative treatments that were too invasive, expensive and/or just completely ineffective. Cupping set has worked well for me (ordered in 2021 and have 3.5 years of use). It quickly helps to relieve tension, especially in upper and lower back, with improvement in just 7-10 minutes after placement. The quick release for the pressure is nice and has worked well. The magnetic acupressure pieces offer a guide for how much relative pressure has been applied and may be providing additional benefits though that part I can't be sure of as i rarely use the cups without them. I have also used the cups for what I call 'glide cupping' where, after suction is applied, I slide the cup across the skin which provides an effect truly similar to a deep tissue massage. The case is also quite sturdy which is good for quick transport without concern if you're a little rough on it though it is a little bulky. I’ve had this system for a few months now. I love the hard case of he kit comes in rather than a cardboard box. Each of the cups has its own snug spot they fit into. You get two pumps which is awesome if one ever goes out or you’re friend is using it too. It includes a small cup with a rounded edge that really gets into area that are hard to adhere to, like my neck. I use this for a neck injury and muscle knot. This a great deal considering everything it comes with and very professional in appearance. I recently bought this vacuum cupping set, and after using it a few times, I'm really impressed. The vacuum design is much safer than traditional fire cupping, and since there's no need for a fire, it's easy to use on your own. The suction is adjustable, so I use the large cupping cup for my back and the small cupping cup for my shoulders and neck. The advantages about this set are three main things: 1. The quality of the equipment and case. This can easily last for years. 2. The sheer quantity and variety of cups. This allows you to simultaneously treat several sites. 3. The extension tube. My flexibility may be better than average but the extension tube allows me to position the all areas of my back, from head to toe without any assistance. When I got this product I was very excited to try it. Read the book and got a cup out to try. It didn't work. Got our another one and it did so I used that one. About 1/3 of the cups didn't work which I could have lived with but one of the handles broke the third time I used it. I loved how it worked on me but after just a few weeks of having this I know it won't last. For me that's a lot of money down the drain for something I really need and expect to last. It's a no from me for quality and I will be returning. UPDATED: After receiving a new handle and making sure the yellow pieces on the ends of the cups are pulled out I have had no problems with the cups!
