I always struggled to find boots that truly fit wide calves. All my life I’ve had bigger calves/thicker legs due to playing sports when I was younger. Many times boots would be advertised as “wide calf” friendly but were not. After thorough research I went with these and I’m SO GLAD I did! Not only are they extremely comfortable— wearable all day, they’re so cute and stylish. They’ve perfectly dressed up outfits and they’re so perfect for fall. I am late making this review so I don’t remember my exact calf measurements but they’re around 15-17in. I also appreciate that they don’t slide down, they stay pulled up during wear. I don’t write many reviews, but these boots are exactly what I have been looking for! If you have wide calves, get them! They fit better than any boot I have ever worn. I’ve walked in them for hours and they don’t hurt my feet. I have short legs, but since they are a slouchy boot, I can pull them down just a little and they are sooo cute and the perfect length for my legs. If you are on the fence about getting them, do it. This is advertised as a wide calf boot and it definitely is! My calves at their widest point are 16.5”. I tried them on with jeans and there is room to spare. I ordered a half size bigger (7.5) to accommodate thicker socks and because it has a pointed toe. I put in a thin insole to add more padding and they still fit. If you have thicker calves, I would say up to 17”, then this is the boot for you. They are gorgeous in person and I can’t wait to wear them.
