This is the best nail polish I have ever used. It must really be gel because it’s not chipping and my nails are not tearing and splitting. For me regular polish just chips off immediately. When I go without anything on my nails they split and tear and do not grow out. I was hooked on the salon gel and dip for quite a while and loved it but this is more practical. It’s light pink so the evenness of the color really doesn’t matter and I can’t comment on that. It looks nice but not as nice as a salon manicure. But you can take it off at home and it doesn’t damage nails like consistent salon manicures can do. My nails are actually growing out past the tips a bit which has never happened with regular polish. I discovered this polish a couple of months ago. It's perfect for a quick manicure or pedicure. The shape of the brush is curved so it's easy to paint by your cuticle. It's a good quality nail polish with both base & top coats. I applied 2 coats and my manicure lasted 6 days with no chipping. That's thru daily cleaning and also multiple hand washing at work every day. The color is beautiful, the polish goes on smoothly, and dries quickly with no streaks or bubbles. I waited a few days after applying the polish to write this review. One of the best things is the brush and how easily it applies. Color -Olivia is beautiful but not as shinny as I'd thought it would be. Also, like others, the tips of my nails had worn off by the next day although the base of the nail was fine. Drying time seemed longer than other brands. I will add a topcoat next time. Note to Amazon or whoever packed the 3 polishes- they were not in bubble wrap or even wrapped in paper. There was one piece of paper stuffed in the box but not enough to separate the bottles and I could hear them rattling against one another as I opened the box- the Olivia bottle arrived cracked. This polish is okay. It goes on smoothly and easily, and maybe lasts a little longer than regular polish . But it is not gel-like at all. It barely hardens. I still needed to use a gel-like clear top coat that I purchased from Walmart. Read more

Had low expectations based on the reviews. I applied two coats Sunday night, it is now Thursday night and still hasn't chipped. This is with doing the dishes everyday, cleaning, mopping the floor(old school way, with a rag wrapped around a scrub mop) and i don't wear gloves when doing chores. I also have 2, 5 month old puppies and one senior dog that need constant attention. I believe the key is to make sure your nails are perfectly clean and dry, free of any lotion or oils. I did need to apply a top coat for more shine. The polish alone does dry quick but really doesn't have that high shine look. I do recommend this product. I will be purchasing other colors. Read more
