Non-BPA, well made bottle and cap. Nalgene bottles are sturdy, caps are large & well made to close tightly and not leak. Hint: No need to screw them down too tight. They'll seal and unscrew easier if you make them just tight enough. Read more
High quality as expected
I’ve had Nalgene bottles for forever, used for camping and long hikes. Personally, I prefer bottles with drinking tops and straws, but used ours to bring additional potable water. Fast forward a decade. Nalgene is popular with teens, and mine wanted one for school and sports. He has stickers on it, so it holds them well. It’s the same bottle we’ve had for many years. Leaves absolutely no residual taste. Just rinse and I can go from iced coffee to water. Always BPA free, durable, and lasting. The new one is indistinguishable from our ancient ones but for the stickers kid added! It’s a Nalgene. There’s a reason they are the go to bottles for outdoor activities, and are sold by high end backpacking and camping stores. You cannot go wrong with buying one. Read more

Great for camping/road trip! Will last.
I picked this up on a deal for $12.60 and I'm glad I did. I used this for a two week camping/road trip with a larger 5gal water jug. It's super durable, leak proof, nice color with the blue top (easy to find), and great size. I don't smell anything with it...it's a water bottle, rinse it out, clean it, and use it. I like the measurements on the side, but didn't really use them. The strap on the lid is how I carry it and it's securely attached, no worries there. Hard to complain about these, pick one up if it goes on sale! Read more
Best water bottle I own.
Best water bottle I've owned. It even shows the measurements on the side, which is apt because apparently Nalgene either is or originally started as a science equipment manufacturer. As claimed, this thing absolutely does not leak if the cap is properly situated. You can safely transport this in your backpack and it will not get anything wet. One little thing I liked about the packaging: they put a plastic cellophane wrap over it, and put the stickers on the collophane instead of directly on the water bottle itself! No other brand does this, and it leaves adhesive from the sticks, and paper and crap all over the bottle. Thank you for that small detail, Nalgene! Read more
